Know what you’re owed before you complain.

Understand the potential refund, the impact on your overdraft, and our fee - before taking the next step.

We put the decision in your hands

Making a complaint without knowing whether you’re likely to win, or whether the refund would meaningfully reduce your overdraft, would feel like a big step. With our service, though, you don’t have to decide in the dark.

There are no fees to:

  • Check whether you have a valid complaint
  • Get a personalised estimate of how much you could be owed
  • Send a complaint, if you decide to go ahead

We only take a fee if your complaint is successful. How this success fee works is explained below with some helpful examples.

Let's talk figures

Our fee is a maximum of 36% of the total refund offered by a lender. Let us show you the scenarios.

Here are the examples explained:

Scenario One: You receive an offer of £1,000 from your lender and have no balance outstanding with them. They pay you £640 and pay us £360 (our 36% fee inc. VAT).

Scenario Two: You receive an offer of £1,000 from your lender but have an outstanding balance of £200 with them. They wipe your balance, pay you £440 and pay us £360 (our 36% fee inc. VAT).

Scenario Three: You receive an offer of £1,000 from your lender, but have an outstanding balance of £1,000 with them. They wipe £640 off your balance and pay us £360 (our 36% fee inc. VAT).

Good to know: Sometimes the lender might pay you the whole offer amount directly, including our fee. In that case, we will send you a link to pay us our share.

Our scenarios include the maximum fee of 36%, but this can be lower depending on your offer amount. You can read about this here: Our Fees.

You do not need to use our services to make a claim against your lender(s). It's free to claim compensation from financial companies if you have lost money from a mis-sold financial product. You can do this yourself directly with the lender(s) and even if they reject your claim you can still take this to the Financial Ombudsman Service https://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk. If you aren’t sure how to make the claim, you can get free, impartial advice from consumer organisations.

What our customers say

  • It’s so totally worth it

They charge a small fee which they take directly but considering I haven’t done a single thing - just literally filled out a form that took 5 minutes - it’s so totally worth it. Highly, highly recommend.
